Statins - no thanks
Globalist owned big-pharma, pharmaceutical, from the Greek root word phamakiea which means appropriately sorcery. Of course statin drugs be damned.
Red Yeast Rice - a simple supplement - yes
My doctor told me to take food supplement Red Yeast Rice, to lower mine (since I wouldn't take Statins). He said one of main, active ingredient in a statin drug is patented form of this natural product, Red Yeast Rice. Red Yeast Rice doesn't have the WELL DOCUMENTED HARMFUL side effects of statins. The blood test he had administered, proved it worked.
What he didn't know at the time, was I could of also helped myself by increasing natural dietary pectin.
Pectin is a type of soluble fiber found in the cell walls and intracellular tissue of plants. Because of its ability to jell with large amounts of sugar, pectin is used to make jams and jellies. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, pectin consumption is associated with lower LDL cholesterol levels, because pectin binds with cholesterol in the digestive tract, preventing absorption. The USDA reports pectin also reduces blood glucose response after a meal, which decreases the risk of diabetes. Natural sources of pectin include fruits and vegetables. Specifically: Apples, Citruis Fruits, Carrots and Beans.
